Rajni Aneja, MD, MBA, CPE, Chief Medical Officer, WebMD Health Services—Dr. Rajni Aneja is chief medical officer at WebMD Health Services, overseeing the development and implementation of clinical standards within its health management and decision-support solutions. Rajni earned her medical degree from Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri, and her physician executive MBA from the University of Massachusetts.

Jan Berger, MJ, MD, Chief Medical Officer, Silverlink Communications—Dr. Jan Berger, MJ, MD, is chief medical officer for Silverlink Communications and president of Health Intelligence Partners. Her lifelong work focuses on using communications and technology in health care delivery to support patients with education and information to improve health outcomes. She holds a medical doctorate and master's in health law from Loyola University.
Douglas D. Bradham, PhD, distinguished professor and chair professor of public health, Preventive Medicine and Public Health Department, University of Kansas School of Medicine—Douglas D. Bradham, PhD, joined the Preventive Medicine and Public Health Department as the Kansas Health Foundation's distinguished professor and chair, in the Kansas University School of Medicine in Wichita. Dr. Bradham has authored more than 88 peer-reviewed articles. Dr. Bradham earned his doctorate in health economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Christi J. Braun, Member, Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.—Christi J. Braun, JD, MPH, is a member of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. Her health care antitrust and litigation practice focuses on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, as well as developing and implementing clinical integration programs and accountable care organizations. She earned her juris doctorate and master's from the Boston University.
Catherine A. Brennan, MBA, CAE, Associate Executive Director, Policy & Advocacy, National Athletic Trainers' Association—Catherine Brennan, MBA, CAE, is the associate executive director of National Athletic Trainers' Association. Brennan develops strategic initiatives related to workforce shortages, patient access to health care and high-impact public affairs campaigns. Mr. Carrier earned his master's at the University of Maryland and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Mina Chang, PhD, Chief, Program Development Section, Bureau of Health Services Research, State of Ohio—Mina Chang, PhD, is program development section chief in the Bureau of Health Services Research at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. She directs statewide multi-stakeholder collaboratives, research and quality improvement programs in support of Medicaid administration. She earned her doctorate in public policy and management from Ohio State University.
Patrick Cimerola, Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Administration, Choice Hotels International—Patrick Cimerola is senior vice president of human resources and administration for Choice Hotels International, Inc., one of the world's largest hotel franchisors. In this position, he ensures that the broad spectrum of human resources programs and services support the company's business operations and fully align with the company's strategies and objectives. He also is an officer of the company.
Suzanne Clough, MD, Chief Medical Officer, WellDoc—Suzanne Clough, MD, serves as the chief medical officer of WellDoc. Dr. Clough previously served in the University of Maryland School of Medicine's Division of Endocrinology: Diabetes and Nutrition and was the medical director of the Center for Weight Management and Wellness, each located in Baltimore.

Dr. Costello has more than 25 years of experience in database and direct marketing.
Michael Cousins, PhD, Vice President, Research & Development Informatics, CIGNA—Michael Cousins, PhD, is CIGNA's vice president of research and development informatics. He has more than 15 years of experience developing evaluation methodologies and predictive models, and has published and presented extensively in these areas. He was co-author of the Care Continuum Alliance's first principles of evaluation and first chair of its predictive modeling committee.

Allen Dobson, MD, President & CEO, Community Care of North Carolina—Allen Dobson, MD, is president and CEO of Community Care of North Carolina, vice president of clinical practice development at Carolinas Health Care System and visiting scholar at the Engelberg Center for Health Care Reform at the Brookings Institution, in Washington, D.C. Elected in 2006 with the goal of modernizing, streamlining and professionalizing the agency's operations, systems and management processes, Gannon is responsible for the collection and disbursement of $3.3 billion dollars in tax revenues and the issuance of driver licenses.

Audra Pierce, BSN, MSN, Disease Management Program Design Lead, Aetna—Audra Pierce, BSN, MSN, serves as Disease Management Program Design Lead at Aetna. She has more than 10 years' experience in disease and case management programs. Previously, Pierce worked in clinical product development and disease management at Capital Blue Cross. Ken Resnicow, PhD, Professor, Health Behavior & Health Education, University of Michigan—Ken Resnicow, PhD, is a professor in the department of health behavior and health education at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. His research interests include: design and evaluation of health promotion programs for special populations; understanding relationships between ethnicity and health behaviors; and training health professionals in motivational interviewing.

He serves as the lead for the West half of the U.S. and as a national expert on behavior change, program design and measurement.
